The Manager, Digital Experience and Analytics leads the ongoing delivery of innovative and valuable digital experiences for our customers through the optimal performance of our e-commerce websites, mobile applications, and many other digital assets.
Working with senior members of the Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance teams, you will help shape our Digital Business strategy and roadmap. You will analyze and interpret key digital analytics, customer feedback and business data to provide informed recommendations.
You will deliver on strategic decisions and business initiatives by identifying objectives and guiding team members as they seek to create market-leading digital experiences for our customers.
You will work collaboratively to create and define digital business processes and performance metrics that will drive continuous improvement and innovation as well as improve speed to market. You will also work with external agencies on rapid prototyping and UX/UI visual designs to appeal to current and future customers.
What it looks like
You’ll have a talented, dynamic team reporting to you, including data and technical expertise, UX and content design specialists, and digital copywriters. You will own day-to-day team operations, including priority setting, motivation/inspiration, and driving action and success.
You will keep senior executives up to speed on high profile projects and sustainment initiatives and provide expert input to strategic decisions with digital implications. You will also be the company’s eyes and ears on emerging market trends as they arise.
You are pivotal to maintaining cycles of continuous improvement, by shaping and monitoring digital analytics and customer feedback reports to identify issues and opportunities.
And you will participate directly in development of digital strategies aimed at improving business performance and customer satisfaction.
You have a University degree in Computer Science, Business or an IT related discipline (or equivalent work experience). You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with web and mobile solutions coupled with a minimum of 10 years’ experience working in online marketing. You have an understanding of web design, web development, graphic design and information architecture. You have acumen around team leadership, digital solution delivery, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Outlook. PMP training and/or certification is considered an asset.
Past experience in event tracking, funnel creation and conversion optimization using tag managers and digital analytics platforms such as Google and/or Matomo.
