Admin & HR | Director of HR Services - FT

The Director of HR Services is a key member of Engaged HR’s leadership team and is responsible for making sure our innovative HR projects, learning solutions and On-Demand services transform our clients’ workplaces.  They focus on making our services awesome by coming up with and executing on great ideas, taking care of the people who do the work (hiring, mentoring, leading), and improving the way we do things (making our processes better and making sure everything we do is top-notch).

This Director gets the gang together, and we're not just any gang – we're a bunch of pros from different teams who work together seamlessly to give clients exactly what they need. This role doesn't just sit back and watch; it’s hands-on with both the big strategy stuff and the nitty-gritty details. Basically, they're the ones who see the big picture of what Engaged HR does and makes sure it all runs like a well-oiled machine.

Here's what you bring to succeed in this role:

• Got some schooling in business or HR? Great! You’re a CPHR? Awesome. Plus, you need at least 8 years of HR know-how, and you've gotta be good at seeing the forest for the trees.
• A knack for building learning content that is filled with aha moments and high energy interaction.
• You're like a wizard when it comes to leading and inspiring a team that loves their jobs.
• You're not afraid of computers – you rock at Microsoft Office and can learn new tech tricks fast.
• You're a big-picture thinker who can turn company goals into real plans and are not afraid to drive to get stuff done.
• Talking and writing – you're a fantastic communicator who’s great at both.
• You can handle tricky chats and solve problems on the fly.
• You're all about building relationships and making clients happy.
• Change doesn't freak you out – you thrive in it and are always looking for ways to make things better.
• Project plans are your secret sauce. You're a champ at staying organized, staying motivated, and juggling lots of things at once.
