Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Leasing, the Sales & Leasing Coordinator supports and administers the sales and leasing programs for active and completed projects. To be successful in this role, you will be expected to demonstrate a keen attention to detail and proficiency with technology. Working collaboratively with other departments, all functions and responsibilities are performed in accordance with Aryze's values and beliefs.

General Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing and incoming CRM registrants. Ensuring the database is updated, and registrant information is properly inputted
  • Responding to all telephone and email inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner and ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality and core values of the Aryze brand
  • Prepare and maintain Sales and Leasing files and reports as required; Master Spreadsheet, Sales Reports, Competitive Analysis, etc
  • Attend relevant meetings and document meeting minutes to be informed and up to date with sales initiatives and activities and support the team in the achievement of sales and leasing goals and growth objectives
  • Maintain high standards of sales centers and display suites at all times
  • Support Aryze Concierge, handling registrant and homeowner correspondence, coordinating
  • Completions and maintaining existing and incoming contract files
  • Coordinate and distribute contract paperwork, including offers, ensuring the appropriate parties receive the required documents and deposits, and highlight outstanding items and the status of each contract to the Director of Sales and Leasing
  • Support Aryze Operations with miscellaneous administration, including equipment tracking
  • Other duties, as required

Skills

  • Dedication and comfortable working weekends, as needed, and a 40 hour work week
  • Proficient in the following programs: Google Workspace, Adobe
  • Capable of working within a strong file management system (ie, Google Drive)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
  • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritize
    effectively
  • Familiar with how to prepare reports for internal and external use
  • Comfortable using a diverse range of software and technology to support administrative processes
  • Strong social media and digital awareness
  • Excellent written skills, copywriting, proofreading and editing
  • Values constructive criticism and feedback
  • Effective decision-making skills
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change
    Willingness to be resourceful and take initiative when completing tasks
  • Positive work ethic, with the ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years related and recent experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably with
experience or an interest in Real Estate Development.

Education: Diploma or certificate in a related field, such as business administration

Education

Aryze supports career development and growth and will cover the cost of job-specific training, up to $500 per year for approved programs. Additional funding will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
