The Role
We are searching for a detail-oriented administrative professional with superior organizational skills to join our team. As part of this dynamic results-driven team, you provide high-level, efficient and confidential administrative support to the Labour Relations & People Experience leadership.
In this role you manage calendars, schedule meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes, coordinate travel arrangements, manage records and documents, prepare presentations, document preparation, budget preparation and monthly variance reporting.

What you bring to the team
You bring a wide breadth of experience as an administrative professional with a certificate or diploma in Business/Office Administration or other relevant education. You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. You have advanced working knowledge of general office systems and procedures specifically MS Office 365 suite of applications. You are a highly organized self-starter with excellent judgement, integrity and a passionate commitment to customer service.

Additional information
The target salary range: $48,000 - $60,000 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
