Responsibilities

Leadership & Training Based

*Can lead in a positive and friendly manor *Hiring *Train new employees *Can maintain the integrity of the staff *Reach Store Goals *Organize store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel *General oversight *Staff discipline

Customer Service & Sales

*Returns & Refunds *Customer complaints & requests *Cash out *Sales *Can improve and refine overall salesmanship skills among staff in a constructive and positive manner *Monitor sales *Form a unique relationship with old and new clientele in a way that nurtures and maintains a high level of customer loyalty. *Form sales initiatives & activities (competitions etc.) *Correspond with business representatives *Book product knowledge sessions and store pop-ups with representatives

Operations

*Scheduling *Approving time off *Monitor store cleanliness *Maintain a functional and organized office space *Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance *Ensure the store fulfills all legal and safety requirements *Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

*Selling it Right *1 year of cannabis sale experience *2 years experience as a retail/service industry manager *Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills *Experience with computers, word documents, and email *Positive and friendly personality *Reliable *Open availability *Can lift and carry boxes without risk of injury.
