The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Coordinator position will possess exceptional customer service skills, creating a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues. They should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effectively managing multiple tasks and prioritizing projects to meet deadlines.

Attention to detail is essential for creating and executing schedules that avoid conflicts and enhance team operations.

Additionally, the candidate must have solid problem-solving skills, approaching challenges with determination and creativity to successfully achieve project goals and support the team’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Book appointments via phone and email while providing excellent customer service
  • Scheduling, directing and assisting technicians in their daily tasks to ensure the best flow of scheduled work
  • Tracking incoming call, revenue, and marketing campaigns
  • Working directly with property manager and strata councils
  • Invoicing and collections as needed
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Upkeep of company social media accounts
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established company policies
  • General administrative tasks
