Customer Service | Guest Services Supervisor - FT

The Parkside Hotel & Spa is currently seeking an awesome individual to fill the positions of Guest Services Supervisor! Our team members are a fun and inclusive collection of individuals who thrive in a creative and energetic environment.

About the job:

• Trains, motivates and supervises our amazing Guest Services Team!
• Displays fantastic leadership in guest hospitality, using incredible customer service skills & ensuring guest are happy and well cared for.
• Takes care of guest requests or concerns in a friendly, professionally manner.
• Performs standard Front Desk duties including checking in and out guests, taking reservations and assisting with information requests with a smile!
• Completes various other projects assigned by management.

What you need to know:

• How to be a team player!
• How to build positive relationships.
• How to be friendly, professional and positive!
• How to make decision and solve problems with ease.

What else we need from you:

• Two years hospitality education or experience would be fantastic!
• Supervisory or leadership experience would be great too!
• Know how to speak a few languages? Wonderful!
• Available to work all shifts including evenings and weekends.
• We work hard, and we laugh hard. A good sense of humour goes a long way!
