Skilled Labour | Cleaner, Route Leader - FT

EnviroWay Cleaning Inc. is looking for an experienced cleaner with supervisory skills to fill the cleaning route leader position.

If you are an experienced cleaner, have supervisory and leadership experience, are passionate about cleaning, enjoy having your team meet company standards, seek challenging work along with meeting interesting people and have a valid class 5 drivers license with clean driving abstract and at least 3 years driving experience on a full license and driver factor report; there is an opportunity for you to grow and advance within our company. Must live in or around the Victoria, B.C. area, as all jobs take place in the greater Victoria area.

 

OVERVIEW:

Provide clients with trustworthy, consistent, efficient and professional cleaning.

 

OBJECTIVE:

Work with team members to leave clients homes and businesses freshly cleaned and organized.

 

WAGE AND BENEFITS:

Full Time Position

$20 to start per cleaning hour.

$17.40 paid travel time

Monday thru Friday work week -- Weekends and stat holidays off

Approximately 35-40 combined hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to complete cleaning duties in a timely manner, with limited or no supervision, and maintain company standards while doing so.

Work well with other team members, direct other team members, and check their work.

Drive from job site to job site.

Communicate with company general manager regularly and efficiently.

Must have a cell phone

Must have a Valid Class 5 Driver's License with at least 3 years driving experience

Criminal Record Check required

Must be bondable

Driver’s abstract and driver factor report required

 

EXPERIENCE

At least 1-year cleaning experience and 1-year supervisory experience
