About the Role

This is a hands-on role that combines in-shop prep and fabrication with on-site installation.

You’ll be:

• Prepping and assembling signs using vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, and PVC
• Applying vinyl graphics and mounting signage to various surfaces
• Installing signs on windows, walls, posts, and buildings
• Using ladders, lifts, and basic hand tools safely
• Reading work orders and install drawings
• Keeping your workspace organized and clean

We offer training opportunities in advanced skills (like large-format printing or CNC/router work) for those looking to grow.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of experience in signage, trades, or construction (preferred — but we’ll train the right person)
• Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, working at heights)
• Good with tools, tape measures, and installation basics
• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Bonus if you have experience with vinyl application or paint/finishing!

Pay & Growth Path:We’re hiring in the $22–$26/hr range depending on your experience.

If you’re hands-on, good with tools, and ready to learn — we’ll start you around $22–$23/hr

If you already have experience installing signs or applying vinyl — we can start you closer to $24–$26/hr
