Job Opportunity: Full Time Inside Sales Representative

Phillips Brewing & Malting Company is excited to welcome a Full-Time Order Desk rep to our team in Victoria, BC. If you’re a friendly craft beer lover with a passion for exceptional customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our ideal candidate is someone who can seamlessly manage a high volume of orders with precision, radiate a magnetic personality, and convey warmth through a telephone line. The role is adaptable, involving other Department tasks as order volume fluctuates from Summer to Winter seasons.

What We’re Looking For:

-Exceptional Customer Service skills

-Keen eye for detail

-Ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a friendly and outgoing manner

-Capability to remain calm and troubleshoot when problems arise

-Self-motivated and able to take direction

-Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or strong desire to learn

-Strong oral and written communication skills

-Willingness to learn new things

Nice to have:

-Experience in a customer service focused role

-Background in an office type environment

-Good beer knowledge or desire to learn

-Ability to handle feedback and continuously work to improve

Details:

-40 hours weekly.

-This role operates out of our brewery office in Victoria.

-Competitive salary range. $46-50k starting.

-RRSP matching program and dental benefits offered after 3-month probationary period.

-Targeted start date: May 2025
