What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of door-to-door sales representatives to engage with potential customers and set appointments for our Solar Consultants.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while building rapport and fostering customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Oversee the transition from door-to-door appointments to consultations with our sales team.

Requirements:

• Proven leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Must be a Canadian resident.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be willing to do door-to-door sales.
