Job Description

Reporting to the Lead Technicians and General Manager, your main responsibilities will be (but not limited to) visiting customers to discuss the best option for what they need, then measure for the item (window screens; patio sliding screen doors; retractable screens; security bars and gates). Once fabricated/received you will be responsible for installing the product. You will also assist the lead technicians on larger installs such as motorized screens; awnings; rollshutters, garage doors and gates.

Office hours are M-F 8:00-5:00

Requirements

· Valid BC Driver’s license with an acceptable driver’s abstract

· Grade 12 education preferred

· Bondable and pass a Police background check.

· Good communications and customer service skills

· Understanding of imperial measurement

· Fundamental carpentry/fabrication skills

· Experience with power & hand tools

· Effective attention to details

· High degree of accuracy

· Strong worth ethic

· Physically fit as heavy lifting is required
