Role Overview
The Junior Account Manager plays a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting the sales process, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This position collaborates closely with the sales team to manage key operational tasks—including coordinating quotes and purchase orders, overseeing the sales inbox, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

In addition to operational support, the Junior Account Manager will contribute to relationship-building efforts by participating in customer meetings, assisting with proposal development, managing support tickets, and generating reports. Schedule

This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday for a total of 40 hrs weekly.

What You’ll Do:

Customer Relationship Support

  • Help nurture and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Support regular check-ins and virtual or in-person customer meetings
  • Assist with drafting proposals and presentations tailored to client needs

Sales & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate quotes, purchase orders, and follow-ups with internal teams and clients
  • Monitor and manage the sales inbox, ensuring timely responses and follow-through
  • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system accurately and consistently

Reporting & Administration

  • Help prepare internal and client-facing reports as needed
  • Track and manage customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in maintaining sales documentation and internal records

What You’ll Bring:

Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle

Communication & Collaboration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude

Organization & Attention to Detail

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
