Accounting & Finance | Accounting Administrator - PT

Foster Heating & Cooling is looking for a Part-Time Accounting Administrator to join our Victoria office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to learn. What You’ll Do

You’ll support our accounting and project management teams with a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, including:

• Entering purchase orders and accounts payable data
• Assisting with payroll and technician timesheet entry
• Recording customer payments and following up on outstanding receivables
• Following up with vendors for missing invoices and ensuring timely processing
• Helping with other data entry tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Is eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment
• Has some familiarity with Excel or accounting software (a plus, not required)

• Reporting to: Accounting Lead
• Location: In-person at our Victoria office
• Start Date: Flexible
• Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
