Vancouver Island Gutter is a fast-growing company serving Victoria and the surrounding areas. We are looking for motivated and dependable Gutter & Soffit Installer to join our dynamic team. This is a fast-paced work environment where quality, speed, and attention to detail matter. What We're Looking For:

Gutter & soffit installation experience is required. Applicans without this experience will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Minimun one to two years of direct experience with gutter and soffit installation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work safely on ladders and rooftops.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license (required).

Responsibilities:

• Removal of existing gutter, fascia and bargeboard.
• On-site fabrication and installation of aluminum gutter systems.
• Installation of aluminum, vinyl and wood soffits.
• Installation of downspouts, leaf guards, and related accessories.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site.

Nice to have:

• One to two years of experience in gutter and soffit installation.
• Additional hands-on construction experience.

Wages:

• $28.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience)
