Management | Contract Leasing Representative - Contact

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Leasing Representative for an exciting new residential development in downtown Victoria. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to be a key player in the successful lease-up of 119 brand-new residential units. Working alongside an experienced team of Managers, Administrators and fellow Leasing staff, the successful candidate will be one of the key initial contacts for applicants, conduct showings, move applications along to Lease signing and turnover to building management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lease-up of 119 new residential suites in a high-demand downtown location
• Manage and respond to a high volume of leasing inquiries and leads
• Conduct property tours and showings — days, evenings, and weekends as needed (work remotely or out of inbuilding leasing centre/manager office)
• Prepare accurate lease agreements and related documentation
• Maintain organized records of all leasing activity
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the property professionally at all times
• Provide required reporting to project team
• Provide customer insights and participate in regular meetings and strategy sessions with project team

Assist with ongoing marketing efforts to promote project (i.e. attend events, set up/take down of leasing centre collateral and materials)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in residential leasing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Proficiency with Yardi is a strong asset
• Property Management License is an asset but not required
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
