Denciti Development Corp. is excited to announce an opening for a Development Manager to expand
our development team. This is a full-time opportunity based in our Downtown Vancouver office and
offers the potential for further advancement.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain efficient coordination of multiple projects with consultants in a fast-paced, deadlinedriven environment while professionally representing Denciti within the various communities
and municipalities where the company builds.
• Lead complex projects through design and development approvals. Proactively identify
potential risks and opportunities and work to address them cooperatively.
• Prepare project reports, marketing and development plans, pro forma analysis, project
schedules, budgets and schematic designs.
• Effectively manage project timelines and budgets. Liaise with consultants to ensure on time
project delivery and quality.
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of development management experience. Preference for experience on
residential, commercial or industrial developments within BC.
• Post-secondary education in real estate or a relevant field such as project management,
planning, architecture, engineering or business.
• Thorough knowledge of development approval processes including the interface with local
bylaws and municipal, provincial, federal, and First Nations government legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and coordinating project drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Bluebeam and CAD software.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Salary Range of $110,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience).
