Accounting & Finance | Canadian Seasonal Tax Preparer - Contract

We are looking for a Canadian Personal Tax Preparer to join our growing team for this upcoming tax season.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a tax preparation role. There is the potential for this position to be a reoccurring, seasonal role.

You're sure to really like us if you have experience in:

• Preparation of Intermediate level T1 Personal Canadian tax returns (self-employment, rental income, investments etc.)
• Organizing and compiling client information and preparing logical working paper support
• Preparation and filing of GST returns
• Navigating CRA Represent a Client web portal
• Using tax preparation software effectively (CCH Taxprep preferred)
• Communicating with clients and other professional advisors.
• Various software programs - proficiency in excel, PDF editing etc.

Bonus Experience:

• Preparation of complex T1 Personal Canadian tax returns
• Preparation of T2 Corporate tax returns
• Preparation of T4/T5 tax returns
• Preparation of Trust tax returns
• Preparation of US personal tax returns
