We're Sparkling Sisters Cleaning – and we're looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want to be part of something meaningful. Whether it’s a newly built home or a lived-in space that needs a refresh, you’ll help us deliver top-tier cleaning and customer service.

Pay & Perks:

• Starting at $22/hour + tips
• $17.85/hour paid for travel time between jobs
• Casual dress & all supplies provided

What You’ll Do:

• Clean residential homes, post-renovation properties, and show homes
• Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe surfaces, clean kitchens, bathrooms, windows, etc.
• Handle move-in/move-out and post-construction cleaning projects
• Follow checklists and safety procedures
• Provide friendly, respectful service to clients
• Travel to job sites across Victoria and Westshore

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle (mandatory)
• Good physical condition (this is a physical job – stairs, lifting, bending, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Previous experience in residential, commercial, or construction cleaning
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in long-term growth with a company that promotes from within

Schedule:

• Day shifts only
• Monday to Friday with some weekend flexibility
• Overtime occasionally available
