We are excited to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Head Office in Downtown Victoria.

The Role

This is a customer-facing position where your enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent service will shine. As the welcoming voice of our Head Office, you will assist customers over the phone and via email.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to process improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service across all channels (in-person, phone, email)
  • Update Lot Manuals daily
  • Cross-train on front desk and appeals duties, including answering phones
  • Liaise with the Customer Service Manager and Controller
  • Assist with customer inquiries, payments, and problem-solving
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately
  • Contribute to overall team support and efficiency
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for customer service and professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Calm, patient, and tactful when handling challenging situations
  • Proactive and able to work independently once trained
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; comfortable learning new systems
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills
  • Cash handling and basic accounting experience
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative approach
  • Knowledge of the Victoria area (asset)
  • Team player with a positive, adaptable attitude
