About the Role:

As a Journeyman Glazier, you will:

• Install and repair glass in commercial and residential settings
• Cut, fit, and handle glass and other materials with accuracy and care
• Work with aluminum storefront systems, railings, showers, skylights, sealed units, Vinyl windows and custom installations
• Collaborate with a team that supports quality over quantity
• Maintain a safe and organized job site at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of glazing experience (Journeyman-level preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A respectful, honest, and reliable attitude—we hire for character as much as skill
