We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team and be the driving force behind our customer experience. As the first point of contact for interested leads, you will play a crucial role in shaping their journey with Swede. This role then connects qualified candidates with their design partners, setting up everyone involved for success.

About the Role

As a Swede Sales Advisor, you will be the front line of the Swede experience. Your primary responsibility is to connect with interested leads, qualify them, and guide them toward placing their first deposit and connecting them with their assigned designer. You will be an expert on the kitchen renovation process, a champion of the Swede brand, and a trusted advisor to our future clients.

What You'll Do

  • Secure Discovery Calls: Engage with all incoming leads to schedule and conduct initial discovery calls.
  • Qualify and Educate: During discovery calls, you will assess the lead's needs and project scope, while effectively communicating Swede's process, value, and what clients can expect.
  • Set Expectations: You will be responsible for setting clear and accurate expectations from the very beginning, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for every client.
  • Seamless Handoff: You will manage the client relationship from the initial call until they meet their dedicated designer, at which point you will ensure a seamless transition.
