Who Thrives Here

• Experienced in construction bookkeeping, administration or operations — you understand job costing, project flow, and accountability.
• Detail-driven and organized, finding calm and clarity in systems done right.
• Confident, communicative, and proactive, must take informed initiative and set structure.
• Understands how people work — timing, tone, and follow-through matter. You know when to press forward, when to wait, and how to keep communication professional and well-timed.
• Ready to contribute from day one — learning only the syntax of our systems, not the basics of the work itself.

Compensation

Contract role at $40–$50/hr, depending on experience and initiative.
