Role Overview

The Service Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical support and service-related assistance. This role ensures a high standard of customer experience by managing incoming requests, coordinating service activities, and maintaining accurate records in the service management system. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with strong communication and multitasking skills to support clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule
This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday, for a total of 40 hrs weekly.

What You’ll Do

Client Support & Communication

  • Respond to phone, email, and client-initiated support requests.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone and electronic channels.
  • Issue quotes for parts/services and follow up for client approval.
  • Provide regular updates to end users on ticket status and resolution progress.

Ticket Management & Documentation

  • Accurately record and maintain service activity in Tecnet’s Service Management tools.
  • Manage escalated client tickets, ensuring resolution or proper escalation.
  • Document all service-related data, communications, and updates thoroughly.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

  • Assist teammates by handling overflow service calls and sharing workload.
  • Maintain regular communication with the supervisor on issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery teams for smooth, end-to-end client support.

  • Strong verbal, written, and comprehension skills in English.
