Role Overview:
You will step into a full-responsibility role, covering corporate, project and community marketing across our developments. You will act as the leader of the marketing team in this interim capacity while the Director, Marketing is on leave. You will own strategy execution, campaign delivery, team management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. You will report to the Vice President of Development, and the Marketing Coordinator will report directly to you.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Marketing

  • Lead execution of our brand strategy and ensure adherence to graphic standards.
  • Develop and manage the annual corporate marketing plan and budget.
  • Support the Marketing Coordinator in updating corporate website content, social media, collateral, and branded swag.
  • Manage investor and acquisitions marketing materials.
  • Oversee trade marketing: advertising, sponsorships, speaking engagements, events.
  • Review and approve marketing invoices and vendor deliverables.

Projects & Sales Marketing

  • Head marketing strategy for active residential, rental and commercial projects.
  • Manage paid and organic digital media campaigns.
  • Direct creative briefs, renderings, floorplans, visuals, presentation centre design and show home styling.
  • Oversee CRM and text-platform strategy for lead management.
  • Drive realtor and prospect marketing to generate traffic and conversions.
  • Lead promotions, pricing communication, and sales-marketing alignment.
  • Prepare budget reports and marketing sections for investor reports.

Community & Brand Engagement

  • Provide high-level oversight of community engagement and placemaking initiatives (e.g., in Royal Bay and other communities).
  • Manage large-format community signage and master planned brand consistency.
  • Liaise with municipal stakeholders to maintain relationships and brand presence.

What You Bring:

  • 6 + years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in residential real estate development or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in project marketing, brand management, digital media, events and stakeholder marketing.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, communication and project-management skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, practical and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to assist in the execution of campaigns and events.
  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies (Vancouver & Victoria) and collaborating with executives, sales teams and external partners.
