StretchLab Victoria is looking for a Studio Manager (Sales) who thrives in a people-first, high-energy environment and gets excited by setting goals — and then beating them (again and again).

This position is your chance to become the voice, vibe, and sales engine of our studio. You’ll nurture our lead funnel with precision, guiding prospects into our beautiful studio, leading to the right sales package for them, driving revenue and growth while building and shaping our presence in the Victoria fitness / wellness community.

Base salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (DOE) + 12% commission to start
Strong performers can earn $10,000 + additional annually
Performance bonuses tied to sales and KPI achievements
Design, own and execute a multi-faceted marketing plan
Studio opens at 8:00am, 5 days/week with occasional evenings/weekends for events

🌿 Day-to-Day Highlights

Drive membership and package sales
Nurture leads through calls, texts, and emails
Collaborate on local content and creative campaigns
Develop partnerships with local businesses
Track and present weekly KPIs
Develop a 12-month sales & marketing strategy in collaboration with the owner and co-manager (operations)

♦️Must Haves

Growth mindset - can’t is not in your vocabulary
Detailed oriented with an understanding of how important small, intentional acts can be
College degree strongly preferred (2 year or 4 year) preferably in marketing, communications or other sales-related field
Excellent communication skills spoken, written and presentation
Experienced in a fitness/wellness environment, a startup/small business environment or high-end retail / service business
