Position Overview: We are looking for a Creative, Curious, and Agile Marketer to drive the execution of our marketing strategy, specifically targeting R&D (Research & Development) people and technical audiences. This role is highly collaborative, focusing on the successful deployment of campaigns, content creation, and robust performance analysis. You will be accountable for the results of your executed campaigns and will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution & Accountability

  • Campaign Identification & Execution: Proactively identify campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy and execute them end-to-end.
  • Results and Feedback: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing results, analytics, and feedback to the team to inform future strategy iterations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with various stakeholders, including leadership, business development, R&D, and other internal teams, integrating marketing efforts across the business.

Content & Asset Management

  • Develop and Manage Content: Create compelling marketing content, including website copy, collateral, case studies, and press releases, tailored for a technical audience.
  • Leverage AI: Ability to effectively use LLMs and other AI tools to create content.

Brand, PR, & Analytics

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure complete accuracy and consistency across all public-facing materials, maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Public Relations & Events: Support PR initiatives and manage company presence at industry conferences and events.
  • Data Management: Oversee marketing analytics and data management to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform execution decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Commerce, Business, or Technical Degree (Bachelor's or higher)
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Reporting To: President
