CommunityPlus provides home caregiving services across Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island, Saltspring to Sooke and Duncan to Comox; with Coordinators located in beautiful Metchosin. We are locally owned and operated with over thirty exceptional caregivers, nurses and allied health professionals. BC's first and only private Living Wage home care provider.

'Cause we're the best! New FT caregivers make ~66k per year and long-term FT make ~80k per year. Our hardcore caregivers are making over $100k+ per year with OT.

New hire retention is 50% in the first year. After the first year retention is over 90%. We turf the unreliable ones quickly and keep the quality people.

Wage & Benefit Details

• In 2026, our Base rate is $26 per hour. With pay premiums & bonuses our average caregiver makes over $31 per hour.
• Pay premiums - From $4.00-8.00 per hour for short, complex & weekend work.
• End-of-year bonus based on your earnings & performance; Full-time employee bonuses are over $1000.
• Excellent Health & Dental benefits - 15 hours worked per week to qualify
• Great Vacation with faster accrual and up to 8 weeks of paid time off
