The District’s Human Resources Department is seeking a motivated and service-oriented administrative professional to join our team in a newly created Human Resources Support Specialist role. This position supports a wide range of HR activities and works with staff at all levels across the organization to ensure a positive, organized and consistent employee experience. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Support Specialist is a key contributor to the District’s HR functions and provides coordination, administration and support across a broad range of areas.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of one year of post-secondary education, and a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably in a local government setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
