Customer Service | Shift Supervisor, Fuel and Convenience Centre - PT

Peninsula Co-op is inviting applications for the position of Shift Supervisor, for our Deep Cove Fuel and Convenience Centre located at 10930 West Saanich Road, North Saanich BC, V8L 5R9. This role is a permanent part-time opportunity offering 24 - 30 hours of work per week. Our ideal candidate will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, full-day availability from Thursday to Sunday required.

• Know their way around under the hood of a car is also helpful, but not essential - we train for this. 
• Confidently step in for management when needed and help protect people, environment, and property

Supporting the Manager and the Assistant Manager, the Shift Supervisor acts in a leadership capacity to ensure the effective operation of the department. Key areas of responsibility include ensuring a pleasant, comfortable, and safe shopping experience for our customers; being a role model for the team and providing support to enable them to do their jobs and develop their skills.
