Broadmead Hearing Clinic is seeking a full time administrative/clinic assistant. This is a floating position between our locations on Chatterton Way and Oak Bay Avenue. We are seeking someone who is familiar with, or who is able to easily learn general reception duties such as answering phones, booking appointments, greeting clients, billing, inventory, and shipping/receiving.

The other aspect of the job involves helping people to manage their hearing aids. We have a high volume of walk in traffic who are seeking help troubleshooting their hearing devices. We have extensive on the job training for this aspect of the position.

We are first and foremost seeking someone who is kind and patient and who is a people person. There is a lot of client interaction in this position, so we are seeking someone who is able to easily talk to people and at the same time and able to learn a lot of information in a short period of time. Because of the lengthy process of training in this position, we are seeking someone who is looking for full time permanent work.
