JOB OVERVIEW
Harbour City Kitchens is seeking a Service Department Support Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service orders, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the timely and effective deployment of service installers to meet client needs. You will play a key role in maintaining Harbour City Kitchens' commitment to exceptional customer service and upholding our vision, mission, and values.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Service

  • • Manage the Service Installer calendar, scheduling daily appointments to maximize efficiency.
  • Confirm, verify, and adjust service appointments as required to meet internal and external needs.
  • Build positive and collaborative relationships with clients, builders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure access and site readiness by maintaining regular communication with clients and builders.
  • Prepare service orders based on installer jobsite reports, salesperson notes, and client/builder requests.
  • Collaborate with the shop to ensure all necessary parts are available when required.
  • Update the ERP system with all daily activities to maintain accurate records.
  • Deliver service parts to job sites to facilitate job completion.
  • Pick up parts for modifications and return them to the shop as needed.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure the department’s overall success.

QUALIFICATION NICE TO HAVE

  • Must have a valid class 5 drivers license and a clean driving abstract
  • Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver who can think quickly under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and technology.
