Position Overview
The Reservations Coordinator plays a key role in elevating and organizing the daily operations of the reservations team. This position ensures accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service standards to maximize occupancy and revenue. Acting as a communication hub for front office, sales department and housekeeping, this role helps create a seamless pre-arrival experience that sets the tone for every guest stay.
