Are you a builder who sees a business opportunity and instinctively knows how to execute it? We are looking for a versatile, entrepreneurial Digital Growth Lead to act as the primary architect for various business ventures.

This isn't a "clock-in, clock-out" role. You will be responsible for taking a
concept from zero to revenue by building the digital infrastructure, driving
traffic, and closing sales. You will have a high degree of autonomy, a seat at
the table, and a compensation structure designed to reward ownership and
results.

The Mission

Your goal is to build,
manage, and scale online presences for a portfolio of businesses. You will be
the bridge between a business idea and a profitable digital reality. Because we

integrated into the financial success of every project you lead.

Key Responsibilities

· Web Development: Rapidly build and launch functional, high-converting websites and landing pages (using CMS platforms, low-code tools, or custom builds).

· Full-Funnel Marketing: Strategy and execution of SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to drive targeted traffic.

· Online Operations: Set up and manage the "backend" of the business (CRM integration, automated workflows, and payment processing).

· Sales & Conversion: Optimize funnels for both physical products and high-value services; engage in direct online sales and lead nurturing where necessary.

· Growth Hacking: Identify untapped channels and creative ways to scale revenue without just "throwing money" at ads.

Technical Skills Required

· Web: Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, or similar.

· Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).

· Sales: Understanding of lead magnets, sales copy, and high-ticket closing cycles.

· Tools: Familiarity with Zapier, Slack, HubSpot/Pipedrive, and basic graphic design (Canva/Figma).
