Important Note:
This is a door-to-door (D2D) sales position. Candidates must be comfortable with face-to-face engagement and generating leads through in-person outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and close new sales opportunities in residential and small commercial sectors.
• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the tailored solutions that Solve Energy provides.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Stay current on industry trends, government incentives, and solar technology advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or door-to-door sales, with a proven record of success.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
• Must be a Canadian resident.
• Valid Driver's License.
