Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator (Inside Sales) plays a critical role in supporting Tecnet’s sales team by coordinating administrative and operational activities across the full sales cycle. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and a consistent customer experience by preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating shipping and vendor details, and supporting returns, credits, and renewals.

The Sales Coordinator manages the sales inbox and ticket queues, triages inbound requests, maintains accurate CRM data, and provides timely follow‑ups on quotes and orders. Schedule

This is a full-time permanent position with 8-hour shifts from Monday – Friday for a total of 40 hrs weekly.

What You Bring

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Create, revise, and track sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and vendors on pricing, availability, margin calculations, and deal registrations
  • Process purchase orders and sales orders, ensuring all required details are entered accurately
  • Coordinate backorders, lead times, shipment changes, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams
  • Support renewals and subscription workflows by tracking renewal dates and preparing required documentation

CRM, Ticket & Documentation Management

  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Tecnet’s CRM and ticketing systems
  • Triage inbound requests through the sales inbox and ticket queues
  • Track and manage requests related to quotes, orders, returns, and credits through to closure
  • Ensure all sales activities, communications, and handoffs are thoroughly documented

Customer, Vendor & Internal Collaboration

  • Provide professional and responsive customer service via email and phone
  • Build effective working relationships with vendors, Account Managers, and internal operations teams
  • Manage vendor portals for deal registrations, order status, returns, and credits
  • Escalate non‑routine or relationship‑based matters to the Account Manager as appropriate

Process Improvement & Development

  • Maintain templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
  • Participate in onboarding, internal training, and vendor‑led sessions
  • Build product, vendor, and licensing knowledge to support efficient and accurate sales execution

What You Bring

  • Post‑secondary education in business, technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales coordination, sales administration, or inside sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, orders, and documentation
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales records
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
