The Job
This position is a combination of desk work (e.g. client calls, documenting event plans) and front line “on your feet” hustle (e.g. helping clients navigate a wedding rehearsal, setting up tables & chairs). Main responsibilities:
Client Care ~ Acts as the main point of contact for all bookings - including weddings & other special events, classes, tour groups and large group reservations
Service Plans ~ Prepares service plans, making sure booking details are accurately recorded, communicated to the team, and align with Sea Cider policies
Team Performance ~ Role models service excellence and leads by example to build a positive team culture. Acts as “front line” event supervisor when needed - for example: before wedding ceremonies and at Sea Cider’s large public events. Trains team members, and takes on service roles to avoid unfilled shifts if needed. Makes sure event spaces are ready for use and always presentable.
Management Support ~ Assists with scheduling, tracking inventory, equipment storage, recruitment, planning large public events, and special projects.

Pay: $24.00-$31.96 per hour
