Customer Service Representative
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Six Mile Liquor Store, located at 498 Old Island Highway, Victoria BC. This is a part-time role offering 8 - 16 hours per week.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Available to work any day of the week, mostly evenings, weekends, and holidays. Availability to work closing shifts is required.
- Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
- Dependable, honest and works well with others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Currently certified in Serving It Right
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Confidently assist customers
- Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products
- Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
- Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards
- Safely and effectively operate required equipment
- Follow all safety procedures
